By using kravori.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Kravori LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Kravori. Contact: hello@kravori.com.

2. Placing an order

  • Prices are in USD. If you're outside the U.S., your bank may charge conversion fees; that's between you and them.
  • We can refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. fraud flags, obvious typos in pricing). If we cancel a paid order, we refund in full within 3 business days.
  • The moment we ship your order, ownership transfers to you.

3. Product accuracy

We try to be exact. Colors may vary slightly on your screen. Fabric weights can vary within manufacturing tolerance (±5%). If something arrives clearly different from the listing, that's our problem — email us.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — copy, photos, layout, sparkle-K logo — belongs to Kravori LLC. You can share links freely; please don't lift the copy or the photos without asking.

5. User content

If you post reviews, tag us on social media, or send us photos, you grant us a non-exclusive right to reshare with credit. You can revoke this by emailing hello@kravori.com.

6. Warranties

We warrant that the products we sell will be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery. Beyond that, standard consumer law applies in your jurisdiction. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted — but we try.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kravori LLC's total liability to you for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to what you paid us for that product.

8. Disputes

  • We prefer email first: hello@kravori.com.
  • If that fails, the courts of Jasper County, Missouri, USA have jurisdiction, and Missouri law applies.
  • If you're in the EU or UK, your local consumer-protection rights are not overridden by this clause.

9. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we post the change here with a date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
