About Kravori

We started Kravori in 2026 because we were tired of scrolling past 400 dupes to find the one thing we'd actually want in our home. So we do that part for you.

The Idea

Kravori is small on purpose. We think most stores are too big. If a store has 40,000 SKUs, no human has actually looked at any of them — an algorithm has. Which means every purchase is a small gamble on whether the photo lied.

We keep the catalog under 100 products. Every one of them has been sat with, washed, unboxed, and re-shot. We know their weights, their care instructions, and their weak spots. If we can't answer a question about a product, we don't sell it yet.

The name Kravori comes from a phrase we kept coming back to: "the things you crave and the things you'd carry". Kravori is the shelf where those two meet.

The Founder

Sherif Magd runs Kravori from Joplin, Missouri. Before this, he built and ran three restaurants — Dirty Potato, MacCheesys, and Kebab Shack — and learned, painfully, that a small operation doing one thing well beats a big operation doing many things average.

That's the whole philosophy behind Kravori: fewer products, better photos, longer descriptions, and an email that reaches a real person.

If you ever want to talk to Sherif directly — sherif@kravori.com. He reads every email.

The Seven Tests

Every product has to pass all seven before it earns a spot on the shelf.

  1. The friend test. Would we send this to a friend? If the answer includes "yeah, but…" — it fails.
  2. The kept test. After 6 months of use, would we still have it? Or would it be at the back of a drawer?
  3. The fabric test. For clothing: is the fabric something we'd want against skin? For objects: is the material honest?
  4. The wash test. For clothing: does it survive 3 machine washes? For objects: does it clean up?
  5. The description test. Can we write 300 real, non-marketing words about it? If not, we don't understand it well enough to sell it.
  6. The photo test. Have we photographed it ourselves, in our own space, under real light? Stock photos fail this test.
  7. The email test. If a customer emails us about it, do we know the answer in one reply? If it takes 3 back-and-forths to explain the fit, the description isn't good enough.

Everything on kravori.com has passed all seven.

What We Promise

Everything we ship, you will keep.

If a product doesn't earn a spot in your home, send it back. 30 days. No forms. Free shipping. Your refund lands within 3 business days.

If a product is broken or wrong, we ship the replacement first and ask for the broken one back at our cost — because your time is worth more than a return label.

And if something ever goes wrong that isn't in one of our policies, email hello@kravori.com. A human replies. That human has permission to make it right.
