Refund policy

The short version.
If something isn't right, email hello@kravori.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid label. Once we get it back, your refund lands within 3 business days.

The longer version

When you can return

Within 30 days of delivery. That clock starts the day the package hits your door, not the day you ordered. If a gift needs longer, email us.

What you can return

  • Any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached.
  • Sale items (yes, even those — we're a small brand and we mean it).
  • Items you wore once and washed and just don't love — see below.

What you can't return

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personal-care items — federal law, not us.
  • Items damaged by the wash (unless the damage was our fault; see "if something's wrong" below).

Email us anyway. If it happens twice with the same product line, that tells us something's wrong with the product — and we want to know. We'll do our best to make it right, case by case.

If something arrived wrong or broken

Email hello@kravori.com with a photo within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement (or refund the full amount) without asking for the item back.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Bank processing can add 3–5 days on top of that.

Return shipping

Free on all U.S. returns. We include a prepaid label with the exchange info. International returns are at buyer's cost until we grow the international team.
