Right now: the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International is coming — sign up for the newsletter to hear when.
When we ship
Within 24 hours of your order — as long as we get it by 4pm Central on a business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
What it costs
- Free on U.S. orders over $50.
- $4.95 flat on U.S. orders under $50.
- Expedited (2-day): $12.95, order-day cutoff 12pm Central.
How long it takes
- Standard USPS: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 2 business days.
- Alaska / Hawaii / PR: add 2–4 days.
- We'll email you tracking as soon as the label prints.
What if it's late
Sometimes USPS is USPS. If your package hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email hello@kravori.com and we'll chase it. If it's actually lost, we'll reship or refund.
What if it's broken or wrong
Email hello@kravori.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement without waiting for the return.
