Privacy policy

Kravori is operated by Kravori LLC ("Kravori", "we", "us") from Joplin, Missouri, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • When you buy: name, shipping address, email, phone, payment card (processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we never see your full card number).
  • When you sign up for the newsletter: email address, and — if you're logged in — your name.
  • When you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookies (see §5 below).

2. Why we collect it

  • To fulfill your order (address → carrier).
  • To email you about your order (shipping updates, follow-up if something's wrong).
  • To send the newsletter you opted into.
  • To improve the site — we look at aggregate behavior (which pages, which products, which drop-off points) so we can make things better.

3. Who we share it with

  • Shopify (our storefront platform)
  • Stripe / Shopify Payments (payment processing)
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the order)
  • Klaviyo or Shopify Email (email marketing, only if you opted in)
  • Google Analytics (aggregate site behavior — anonymized)

We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.

4. How long we keep it

  • Order records: 7 years (tax requirement).
  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe (there's a 1-click link in every email).
  • Site analytics: 26 months, then anonymized.

5. Cookies

We use two kinds:

  • Necessary — to keep your cart and let you log in. Can't be turned off.
  • Analytics — to see how the site is used in aggregate. You can opt out at /pages/data-sharing-opt-out.

6. Your rights

  • See what we have on you: email hello@kravori.com and we'll send it within 30 days.
  • Delete it: same email, same process. We keep the tax-required order records for 7 years but strip everything else.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing (California residents under CCPA/CPRA): /pages/data-sharing-opt-out.
  • Opt out of email marketing: click "unsubscribe" in any email.

7. Children

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll post the change at the top of this page and email active subscribers.
