Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Within 24 hours if you ordered by 4pm Central on a business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How long does U.S. shipping take?
3–7 business days by standard USPS. Expedited is 2 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add 2–4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it's on our list. Sign up for the newsletter and we'll email you the week it opens.
Is shipping free?
Free on U.S. orders over $50. Under $50 it's a $4.95 flat rate.
Where do you ship from?
Joplin, Missouri.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no forms. Email hello@kravori.com and we'll send a prepaid label.
Do I have to pay to return something?
No. U.S. returns are on us.
What if I wore it and washed it once and just don't love it?
Email us anyway. We'd rather refund than have you keep something you don't love.
How long does the refund take?
3 business days from when we receive the return, plus 3–5 days for your bank.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Every item is returnable — sale or not.
Products & Fit
Are your baby clothes really 100% cotton?
Yes. Every piece in The Nursery is 100% cotton with the fiber content disclosed on the product page. If a variant is a blend, it's marked.
What size should I get for my baby?
Our size guide is on every baby product page. General rule: size up. Growth is faster than the size charts admit.
What if a size doesn't fit?
Free returns, no forms. See our returns policy.
Where are your products made?
Country of origin is disclosed in the specs table on every product page. Most of our current catalog is Asia-manufactured; we work with the supplier directly to inspect.
Do you restock?
Yes, but slowly. We restock when we've confirmed the quality of the next batch. Sign up for a product's back-in-stock email on the product page.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Is my card info safe?
We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we haven't shipped yet. Email hello@kravori.com within 6 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it.

Why is the catalog so small?
Because every product has to pass seven tests before we put it on the site — that means we say no to most of what we see. The seven tests are listed on our About page.
